DESCRIPTION:Join us for this two-part workshop with consultant Mary Walker to learn practical strategies for budgeting & financial resilience!\n\n\n\nLearn practical strategies for budgeting\, cash flow management\, & financial resilience during uncertain times through this hands-on workshop & walk away with a Financial Resilience Action Plan! \nThis is a two-part workshop meeting from 2pm-5pm on both Nov 6th and 13th. Participants need to attend both sessions. \nWho: This workshop will be tailored to non-finance nonprofit professionals – Executive Directors\, Operations & Finance Managers\, Board Members\, or Program Managers are all encourage to attend! \nTopics: \n\nBest practices in budgeting\nAligning budgeting with mission & strategic priorities\nUnderstanding & manageing cash flow\nRevenue growth & diversification\nShort term & long term financial decisions\, and more!\n\nAbout the Facilitator: \nMary Walker\, MBA is a nonprofit advisor who helps busy directors and boards make more-informed decisions in all aspects of their organizations–financial\, marketing\, fundraising\, governance\, and general management–so that their nonprofits can best fulfill their missions. She is passionate about empowering these leaders so their organizations can have a greater impact. Over her 30-year career\, Mary has worked with many nonprofits\, small companies\, family businesses\, and large corporations to solve compelling problems and build more financially stable enterprises.
