Kathy Mack is a devoted individual with a strong commitment to serving all members of society. With 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has held various roles and dedicated herself to this field. She then made the transition to become the Director of the Phyllis Wheatley Center at the YWCA, where she served youth, parents, and the community for over six years. In her most recent role as Community Engagement Manager for the City of Knoxville, she has continued to make a positive impact in her community. She has now returned to the YWCA in 2022 as the Chief Youth Engagement Officer.

Ms. Mack’s passion for advocating for young people and their potential for success is unwavering. Her infectious positive attitude towards life is evident in her work, and her dedication to empowering others is truly admirable. As she embodies the YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all!
