February’s Alliance membership meeting was held virtually. Members gathered together to discuss topics they would like to discuss for June’s membership meeting. Members discussed seeking individuals and organizations who can facilitate community safety and de-escalation training for the members of the gardens and urban agriculture space. Members discussed strengthening relationships between our housed and unhoused neighbors while ensuring safety for all gardeners as our members experience common themes most are requesting assistance with.
Members expressed interest in a panel discussion with curated questions as the group continues to navigate and respond proactively with compassion during the growing season.
